Your paperwork should look like your business, too.
Write customer paperwork in your Console, using your business name and website colors. Send quotes and invoices as a link, and keep receipts, work orders and warranties with the job. Customers can open and print their copy from a browser.
Included with the $40/month website — the tab is simply there.
From the first price to the final receipt
Seven documents cover the whole job, and each is a couple of minutes in the console: the customer, the lines, a note, send. The ones below are real — Cold Spring Concrete's, the same invented business whose website and console you can walk through from the concrete page. One driveway, start to finish: tap a stage of the job and read what Rosalind K. was sent.
Drawn in Cold Spring's own colors, because that is the point: your documents wear your site's look, not ours.
One business. One look. Everywhere.
The website makes the first impression; the warranty is still in their phone years later. Everything between the two visibly comes from the same business — your name and your look carry across without you doing anything.
The warrantyThe proof that stays in their phone for years.
Pick. Fill. Send.
1Pick the document
Seven kinds on one screen of your console, next to the calendar and the inbox.
2Fill in the lines
Customer, line items, a note. A line can say "no charge" — the work you throw in belongs on the paper, or it didn't happen.
3Send it
They get a text with the link. You see the moment it's opened, and the moment it's signed — a quote they accept comes back with a name on it. Void an unsigned document and its link stops working the same minute; a signed one can never be voided.
Everything lands in the same console as your bookings, your texts and your tools. The whole job stays on one screen.
Fair questions
Can customers save or print a document?
Yes. Each document opens as a web page, with a print button for a paper copy or PDF. The link stays available, so a customer can look up a warranty or receipt later.
Does my customer need an account?
No. They open the link you send and read the document in their browser. There’s no app to install or password to create.
How do customers sign?
They type their name and accept the document. We save the name, time and exact document together, so you both have the same signed copy to view or print. Quotes, estimates, work orders and change orders can be signed. Receipts and warranties don’t require a signature.
What does it cost?
Forms and signatures are included with your website plan: $40 a month or $400 a year. Open the Forms tab in your Console to use them. The workflow tools come with the same plan.
The last thing a customer keeps from a job is the paperwork. Make it look like you.
