Plainsmith is a trade name of GutCall LLC, a Colorado company, founded by Jason Walls, who builds and ships the work. Most of the assembly is automated, which is how a site goes live in 48 hours instead of six weeks.
That's the honest shape of it: you're not hiring an agency with an account manager, and you're not filling in a form at a faceless platform. Every message you send reaches a person the same day, because there's no queue to sit in — and if something breaks, the person who built it is the person who fixes it.
If we're going to miss one of these, you hear it from us before you notice — we'd rather tell you a fix is taking until tomorrow than go quiet and hope.
The fastest way to lose a customer is to sell them the wrong thing, so we'd rather turn work away early:
A lot of our build is automated — that's how a small shop delivers in 48 hours at $10 a month. But nothing reaches you unreviewed, and nothing reaches your customers on autopilot without your say-so.
We will, at some point. What you can expect: we tell you what happened, we fix it, and we say what changed so it doesn't repeat. If a mistake of ours cost you a month's service, we credit the month — you shouldn't have to ask twice for that.
Plainsmith opened in 2026. That means there isn't a decade of third-party reviews to read, and if that's what you need before trusting a vendor, we understand completely.
What we can offer instead is everything checkable: finished sites you can click through before paying anything, working tools you can drive on sample data, published prices with no quote required, a plain-language security page, and a $300 buyout that means you can walk away owning the thing outright. We'd rather earn the reviews than borrow the credibility.
Questions before you buy go to support@plainsmith.co. Once you're a client, your account page keeps every request and reply in one thread, so nothing lives in a buried email chain.
