Custom tools get a separate quote.

A $49 scoping audit defines the work and gives you a fixed quote. Start the build within 30 days and that $49 comes off the price. Optional Hosted Care runs a custom tool for you at $25 a month, separate from your website plan; any hosting or service is in the quote before you agree.

Ownership and cancellation

Know what stays yours.

Your domain, words, photos and logo belong to you from the start. Taking that content with you does not require a buyout. The buyout transfers the website’s design and code.

Cancel your subscription

Cancel from your account with no exit fee. The website comes down and workflows stop at the end of the period you paid for: the month on monthly billing, or the year on annual billing.

Buy the website to host elsewhere

$499less your plan credit

The buyout gives you the website’s design and code. Your website files and hosting setup arrive within seven days, and you take over hosting and updates. After a buyout, the plan runs to the end of your current billing month, then our hosting and workflow service stop.

How your plan credit works

Monthly: this month’s $40 payment comes off, so the buyout is $459.

Annual: we credit $400 divided by 12 for each month you haven’t finished, including the month you’re in. Your account shows the exact price before you buy.

After either option, your Console stays available to view and download saved records. It no longer sends messages or runs workflows.
