What this does

1
A deadline people believe

Last year’s price until the 15th is a real reason to reply today. Without one, everybody means to get back to you and the season starts half empty.

2
Only the quiet ones get chased

The reminder skips anyone who already said yes, which is what keeps it from feeling like a mailshot.

3
The book is the asset

These are people who already paid you for a season. Selling them the next one is the cheapest work you will do all year.

What it replaces

Waiting for last year’s customers to call in April, and finding out in May that half of them went with whoever asked first.
