Offer an available opening to people already on your list. The Console prepares up to three individual offers; you choose when to send them.
Replies arrive on your phone. Use Record their reply in the customer record. The first qualifying reply you record while the opening is free can book it; the Console then prepares a confirmation.
If someone else asks for the booked opening, record their reply. The Console prepares a message saying it has gone. You send that message; it doesn’t contact everyone else on the list automatically.
