Six jobs on the board and the forecast just turned. Watch one rain-day call write the same message for every customer on the run.
These are the messages, in full. They go out under your name, so read them before you buy them, and change any of them at setup.
Wednesday 6:40 PM · tomorrow is a washout
One tap marks Thursday a rain day
One tap, sent from your numberCumberland Green: tomorrow’s rained out. Your street runs Friday instead, same times. Reply OK and you’re set. If Friday won’t work, reply 2 and we’ll find you another.

Their reply2 — away till Sunday
Sent from your numberNo problem, you’re on Monday at 1:00 PM. Everyone else is Friday.
A mowing day is a street, not six appointments. Ask six customers which day suits them and one efficient run becomes two half-empty ones — so the whole day gets ONE new day, and the reply is a confirmation rather than a negotiation.
The customer who is away till Sunday replies 2 and gets his own slot. That is one conversation instead of six, and the other five never became a conversation at all.
A rained-out day usually means lost revenue. Rebooked into the same week, it's a busier Friday instead.
A pour, an install or a service call is its own appointment with nothing either side of it, so for those the same rain-day call offers each customer a choice of slots — the board's open ones, never an open question.
One rain-day call writes the same message for every affected customer, addressed and ready, and you tap each out from your own number. Their replies land as changes to the board, not as texts you have to action.
An evening of phone calls in the rain, or driving out at 8am to find out.
