Show what each clean includes, who comes to the house and how recurring visits work. The request form helps customers tell you about the home before you quote.
Ten to thirty minutes to answer. A preview in 48 hours once we have your answers and payment.
$40 a monthFive edit requests a month included.
“A deep clean” can mean the oven to one customer and the baseboards to another. Write down the tasks, the extras and the first-visit price so a booking starts with the same expectations on both sides.

Marta’s is a written example. Yours starts with your business.
Your questionnaire gives us the services, photos and business details to write and build your site, on your own domain.

Open the Marta’s Cleaning Co. sample ›A sample business. Marta’s Cleaning Co. is fictional. Its prices, reviews and job stories are examples. We build your site with your business details, photos and genuine customer reviews.
We write the service lists around the cleaning you actually offer. Customers can choose a first clean, recurring help or a move-out and describe the rooms involved. Your team and access arrangements get explained before someone hands over a key.
Tell us which qualifications you’d like customers to see. We can include certifications, licenses and insurance details you provide.

Your Console keeps customer messages and job details together. Try Marta’s sample below. The workflow tools draft texts for you to review, then send from your own phone.
We build your website with the Console and workflow tools included. We’ll help you set up the tools that fit your work.
Your website, Console and workflow tools. Writing, hosting and upkeep included.
Your first preview after your questionnaire and payment. Complete the launch checklist, then ask us to launch.
No exit fee. Your site stays up through the period you’ve paid for.
Your domain is registered in your name and billed at cost, about $11 a year.
The tools draft the message; you review it and tap to send on your phone. Texts use your carrier plan, with no per-message fee from Plainsmith.
The optional front desk answers calls you forward when you can’t pick up and prepares a text reply. We check forwarding on your number during setup. Its Twilio voice line costs about $1.15 a month plus about a cent a minute, billed to your own account. See provider costs.
Cancel from your account. Your website comes down and workflows stop at the end of the month or year you paid for.
You have 14 days to request a refund, starting when we send the finished website for review. We return your full website payment, including $400 if you paid annually. Domain registration is nonrefundable; you keep the domain.
Your Console stays open in read-only mode, free, so you can download your contacts, messages and appointments.
Your domain, words, photos and logo belong to you from the start. The website’s design and code cost $499 less your plan credit to buy.
Monthly: this month’s $40 comes off. Annual: we credit $400 divided by 12 for each unfinished month, including the month you’re in. Your account shows the exact price.
Your files and hosting setup arrive within seven days. You take over hosting, updates and renewals. After a buyout, hosting and workflow service finish with your current billing month. Read the ownership terms.
Your customers need to know which tasks are included, how you arrange access and what the clean will cost. We ask you about each before writing your pages.
Customers may assume appliances, laundry and windows come with every visit. Name the tasks in each service and put extras beside them.
List the rooms and surfaces you clean each time. Say whether you make beds, wash dishes or work around clutter.
Explain the extra work and how you price the first visit. Inside the oven, inside cabinets and window glass should each have a clear answer.
A customer deciding whether to leave you a key needs to understand your arrangements, not just read a trust badge.
Use names and photos with permission. Explain how you tell the customer if a different cleaner will come.
Explain how you arrange access privately. Ask about pets and surfaces needing a particular product before the visit.
An empty move-out and a maintained family home can need very different amounts of work. Ask about the last clean and what needs attention.
Collect bedrooms, bathrooms and the areas to include, such as a finished basement. Give the customer space to describe buildup or pet hair.
State how soon a customer should report a missed area and what you do next. A return visit and a refund are different promises.
One-time inquiries can lead to regular customers, but a recurring plan needs its own explanation.
Show the frequencies you offer and whether a missed visit changes the next clean’s price.
Ask when the home will be empty and when the keys are due back. Explain the cleaning scope without promising the landlord’s deposit decision.
Send the hours, photo or wording you want changed. We make the edit.
Most go up the same day.
Put your changes in one message. Everything in that message counts as one request.
Can you change Saturdays to appointment only? I’m keeping weekdays the same.
Saturday now shows “By appointment” in your contact section. The weekday hours are unchanged.
Please replace my old contact number with (720) 555-0184.
Your contact section and call buttons now use (720) 555-0184.
People ask if they need someone else to remove the old driveway. Can we explain that we do the tear-out too?
I’ve added this to the driveway section: “We remove the old concrete and pour the new driveway.”
Your request and our reply stay together in your account.

From your account, from your phone, in a sentence, and it lands on our phones the second you hit send. The two of us read every message that comes through your account; you meet us at the bottom of this page. We work through edit requests in the order they arrive. Most go up the same day. Five edit requests a month are included, and how much goes into each one is up to you — everything in a single message counts as one, so send them together. A sixth queues for next month, or $10 puts it up now.
A regular customer is away and a move-out inquiry is waiting for a price. Keep the visit change and the new request in view, then send the messages you’ve checked.
Prepare reminders for booked visits. Review the date and access instructions before you send.

You answer plain questions about the cleans you offer, what each includes and where you work. We read your answers, write the pages and build the site. It publishes only after you’ve reviewed it and told us to publish.
