Two cars the same size can take very different amounts of work. A page that asks about pet hair, spills and the last clean gives you a better starting point than “How much for a detail?”

Highline’s is a written example. Yours starts with your business.
Your questionnaire gives us the services, photos and business details to write and build your site, on your own domain.
Explore the services, prices and request form.
Open the Highline Mobile Detail sample ›A sample business. Highline Mobile Detail is fictional. Its prices, reviews and job stories are examples. We build your site with your business details, photos and genuine customer reviews.
Your packages show the tasks and the conditions behind the price. The form asks what the customer drives and what they want fixed. For mobile work, it also asks about the location so you can check access before booking.
Tell us which qualifications you’d like customers to see. We can include certifications, licenses and insurance details you provide.
Your packages, vehicle sizes and condition charges replace Highline’s examples. Tell us whether you work mobile, from a shop or both, and what you need from the customer before a visit. Send me the questions ›
Your Console keeps customer messages and job details together. Try Highline’s sample below. The workflow tools draft texts for you to review, then send from your own phone.
We build your website with the Console and workflow tools included. We’ll help you set up the tools that fit your work.

Your first preview after your questionnaire and payment. Complete the launch checklist, then ask us to launch.
No exit fee. Your site stays up through the period you’ve paid for.
Your domain is registered in your name and billed at cost, about $11 a year.
The tools draft the message; you review it and tap to send on your phone. Texts use your carrier plan, with no per-message fee from Plainsmith.
The optional front desk answers calls you forward when you can’t pick up and prepares a text reply. We check forwarding on your number during setup. Its Twilio voice line costs about $1.15 a month plus about a cent a minute, billed to your own account. See provider costs.
Cancel from your account. Your website comes down and workflows stop at the end of the month or year you paid for.
You have 14 days to request a refund, starting when we send the finished website for review. We return your full website payment, including $400 if you paid annually. Domain registration is nonrefundable; you keep the domain.
Your Console stays open in read-only mode, free, so you can download your contacts, messages and appointments.
Your domain, words, photos and logo belong to you from the start. The website’s design and code cost $499 less your plan credit to buy.
Monthly: this month’s $40 comes off. Annual: we credit $400 divided by 12 for each unfinished month, including the month you’re in. Your account shows the exact price.
Your files and hosting setup arrive within seven days. You take over hosting, updates and renewals. After a buyout, hosting and workflow service finish with your current billing month. Read the ownership terms.
We’ll ask about these details so your pages describe the work you actually offer.
A starting price needs a description of the service it buys. Vehicle size helps, but pet hair and neglected interiors can change the work.
Ask about the main concern and request photos of it. A clear picture of the rear seats can tell you more than a package name.
Explain when you inspect the vehicle and agree any extra work. The customer should know that before choosing a date.
People may ask a detail to repair worn seats or missing paint. Show the result you can offer without promising that every mark disappears.
Distinguish cleaning from upholstery repair. Explain how you handle a stain or odor you can’t promise to remove.
Describe correction and protection separately. A ceramic coating doesn’t make paint scratch-proof or prevent rock chips.
A driveway, office lot and street space can have different access rules. Say what your setup requires and confirm the location with the customer.
List whether you bring water and power or need the customer’s. Ask about room to open the doors and permission to work there.
Explain how you handle weather changes and what the customer should remove from the car. Tell them if drying time affects when they can drive it.
The owner of a dog-haired back seat needs to recognize their job in your work.
Use before-and-after photos of the same area under similar lighting. Label the service performed.
Explain your maintenance service and who it suits. A returning customer should be able to find it without reading the full-detail package again.
Send the hours, photo or wording you want changed. We make the edit.
Most go up the same day.
Put your changes in one message. Everything in that message counts as one request.
Can you change Saturdays to appointment only? I’m keeping weekdays the same.
Saturday now shows “By appointment” in your contact section. The weekday hours are unchanged.
Please replace my old contact number with (720) 555-0184.
Your contact section and call buttons now use (720) 555-0184.
People ask if they need someone else to remove the old driveway. Can we explain that we do the tear-out too?
I’ve added this to the driveway section: “We remove the old concrete and pour the new driveway.”
Your request and our reply stay together in your account.
Sample conversation. These examples don’t send a request or change a website.
From your account, from your phone, in a sentence, and it lands on our phones the second you hit send. The two of us read every message that comes through your account; you meet us at the bottom of this page. We work through edit requests in the order they arrive. Most go up the same day. Five edit requests a month are included, and how much goes into each one is up to you — everything in a single message counts as one, so send them together. A sixth queues for next month, or $10 puts it up now.
An outdoor detail needs a new date, while another customer is waiting to hear what their interior will cost. Keep the appointments and photos together so you can work through the changes.
Prepare messages for affected appointments, then review each new date and tap to send.

You answer plain questions about your services, where you detail and how condition affects the price. We read your answers, write the pages and build the site. It publishes only after you’ve reviewed it and told us to publish.
